At about 00:26 - 1:07, it starts to get a bit bad, mainly because of all the random notes and things being thrown around. Same with 2:49 - 3:08 and 3:19 - 4:03. But I really like what you did with the lower notes! Maybe you could try making a bit less of random notes, and make them a bit more on beat! :)
